Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Spirit Weave, we dedicate sacred care to every crystal infused with archangelic blessings. Due to the energetic nature of our products, unopened/unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalized or activated crystals are non-refundable, as their divine resonance becomes uniquely attuned to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
To qualify: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original ritual packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Discounted crystals/bracelets (marked “Sales” or “Clearance”) carry pre-infused angelic codes and are non-refundable. Exchanges apply only if the item arrives damaged.

Exchanges

We replace defective/damaged items within 7 days of delivery:

Email us photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we’ll dispatch a new crystal/bracelet with a refreshed archangelic blessing.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Use a trackable shipping service – we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.
